中文服務(wù)大大點(diǎn)贊。在取車(chē)前很認(rèn)真的幫你過(guò)了一遍交規(guī)。服務(wù)很不錯(cuò)。微信可以隨時(shí)聯(lián)系。車(chē)性能挺好的。離機(jī)場(chǎng)近，可以接送到機(jī)場(chǎng)。
還車(chē)體驗(yàn)：
就近也有加油站，還車(chē)前直接把油加滿(mǎn)很方便。還車(chē)后有車(chē)送去機(jī)場(chǎng)。還車(chē)的時(shí)候會(huì)方面檢查，沒(méi)問(wèn)題就可以直接走了，很方便。

提前了1個(gè)多月下單，租的是可坐三人?放三個(gè)24寸行李箱的車(chē)，實(shí)際給了我們一輛歐寶兩廂車(chē)，后備箱只能放一個(gè)大行李箱。行李箱放后座很不安全，后座的人空間也會(huì)很小，堅(jiān)決要和門(mén)店工作人員據(jù)理力爭(zhēng)，最后還是給我們換了一輛大的，但是等了兩個(gè)小時(shí)，浪費(fèi)了我們很多時(shí)間，導(dǎo)致當(dāng)天到酒店已經(jīng)快12點(diǎn)半。害怕還車(chē)有糾紛，在門(mén)店買(mǎi)了全險(xiǎn)，三天102，后續(xù)還車(chē)也很順利。記得取還車(chē)時(shí)拍視頻

This was a truly enjoyable car rental experience, and I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Lacen for his patience and excellent service. To ensure a smooth trip, I visited the Europcar branch in person a week in advance to ask some questions. Mr. Lacen welcomed me and patiently answered all of them in detail.
When I came back to pick up the car, it was once again Mr. Lacen who assisted me. The entire process was efficient and professional, and most importantly, I received the exact car model I had reserved—which made my journey all the more perfect.
It was my first time using Europcar, and I must admit that I was initially quite anxious due to the many negative reviews I had read online. However, my actual experience was outstanding. The service was attentive, there were no unexpected charges, and the return inspection went smoothly.
I look forward to renting from Europcar again in the future!
