Their staff were friendly, professional, and efficient in handling the rental procedures. The waiting time was also relatively short, making the entire car pickup process very smooth.

The website/APP interface is user-friendly, with a clear and understandable booking process that is convenient and quick. The customer service is responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had, which left me with a positive impression.
自駕心得： As for our overall driving and rental experience, it was exceptional. The rental car was in excellent condition, and driving was a pleasure. Navigating through Italian cities and countryside was a joy, offering us the freedom to explore at our own pace. 對(duì)Sicily By Car的評(píng)價(jià)： 算是當(dāng)?shù)乇容^大的公司，提車(chē)和還車(chē)都比較快，收了650的預(yù)售權(quán)，應(yīng)該還沒(méi)有解除；整體感覺(jué)不錯(cuò)。意大利非常適合自駕，除了停車(chē)貴，建議老司機(jī)車(chē)行基本險(xiǎn)就足以，不用上全險(xiǎn)，當(dāng)?shù)厝碎_(kāi)車(chē)停車(chē)都很規(guī)矩。
千萬(wàn)注意這個(gè)停車(chē)場(chǎng)是個(gè)雷區(qū)，提車(chē)后出租車(chē)公司的停車(chē)區(qū)會(huì)拿到一張停車(chē)卡，然后出停車(chē)樓時(shí)候插入讀卡機(jī)應(yīng)該就自動(dòng)抬桿放行了，但我用的時(shí)候沒(méi)反應(yīng)，呼叫人工給抬桿了，結(jié)果一直視同場(chǎng)內(nèi)再計(jì)費(fèi)，晚上到了那不勒斯才發(fā)現(xiàn)，結(jié)果交了33歐的停車(chē)費(fèi)。碰到這種情況出場(chǎng)后馬上靠邊停車(chē)，用小票上給的easy parking這個(gè)軟件趕緊掃碼付費(fèi)
