服務(wù)態(tài)度很好,如果會(huì)溝通的話,可以商量,我租的是TOYOTA的Collora,我說需要有倒車攝像頭,給我換了一個(gè)JEEP的Sahara,呵呵.
還車的時(shí)候也是很幫助,非常簡(jiǎn)單,推薦

There were just a few people lining up at the time I picked up and returned the car. The overall processing time was fast.
I have reserved a Toyota car. When I arrived, the staff told me that all Toyota cars were rent out. They could offer me a Jeep (but looked old and liked a farmer car) and TAUGHT ME HOW TO DRIVE ON SITE!!! I told them I could not handle the Jeep and would not accept the offer. They then discussed for 10 minutes and finally offered me a Nissan SUV Rogue. But, the windscreen was chipped and cracked though was still safe for drive. You had to check the car by yourself only. No staff would accompany you. So you must be very careful to check it. These gave me a negative impression that they might have different excuses to charge me for extra money when I returned the car.
I later found out it was common to have chip and crack when driving in this city. When I returned the car, they did not charge me for extra.
I used the web only, but not the app. The web is OK but you need time to familiar with it.
I had rented car in different cities. This is the first time I did have negative impression when picking up the car.
When driving in the city, I obeyed the regulations, be polite and did not park the car illegally. Everything was fine and safe.
