The Lady was very nice at the airport. But at the Car Park 1st floor, it will be much better if they had provided the car parking tickets when we went out the Car Park. We stucked at the exit without the ticket.
I have always rent car from Zuzuche, the arrangement is great and wont let u disappointed.

投訴了加收夜間服務(wù)費(fèi)的事情，直接沒有給我回復(fù)。
在馬洛卡機(jī)場(chǎng)的服務(wù)由Europcar提供，柜臺(tái)很好找，跟著指示牌就能找到。柜臺(tái)辦理提車的速度也很快。
很專業(yè)！預(yù)訂流程很流暢。
最難受的是車被撬了，雖然保了財(cái)產(chǎn)險(xiǎn)和車險(xiǎn)，但估計(jì)沒法找回全部的損失。車險(xiǎn)的理賠速度還是值得肯定的！
