第一次租車(chē)很多問(wèn)題客服還是很不錯(cuò)，但是有關(guān)租用sunpass客服還是沒(méi)有準(zhǔn)確回答，擔(dān)心了半天
租了sunpass過(guò)了繳費(fèi)直接無(wú)視還是很方便的，我覺(jué)得第一次租尤其是英語(yǔ)不好的，還是租個(gè)sunpass，一路很方便，一天9.9刀圖個(gè)方便，當(dāng)然美國(guó)通就不要嘲笑我了，呵呵
Lots of people, although there were lots of counters opened. I was strongly recommended to add-on the Sunpass(9.99 plus tax per day). If you only use the car for a day and use the highway often, you should; for my case, I only used highway for one day, it was it worth, pay per use is a better option. Anyway, thanks for advising me the sunpass.
Easy going. I returned a little bit late as scheduled, due to the Miami Airport was hard to find right way to retal returns, I spent more than half an hour to find the drop off location, so I got one more day change on my card, but after having a good communication with customer service over the phone, I got money back for that in the next few days.
